Courtney has over 25 years experience behind the chair. You will receive top notch service in her chair while enjoying her upbeat, enthusiastic personality. Because continuing education is a top priority at CoCo & Company Salon and to stay up to date with current trends Courtney attends multiple classes and trade shows throughout the year   She has taken specialized training with Deva Curl ( the cutting and styling of naturally wavy/curly hair) and her finishing techniques include personalized dry cutting techniques and textured layers. She is especially adept at creating customized hair color for gray coverage with multidimensional highlights for a more natural look. Her favorite quote is "Quality over quantity". 

Lilly is a  local girl,who started with us during her last year of high school while  attending Cayuga - Onondaga Boces for cosmetology. She completed 120 hours at the salon shadowing and  learning from us. 

Her excitement for color and acute sense of placement make for seamless highlights, babylites, and soft balayage. She is now accepting new clients.
